1969-D Penny Mint on Shoulder ? 0

It appears that the D is on his lower left shoulder area but I'm not positive . I'll upload a better pic when i get my microscope .

By cropping you can show a larger picture and by rotating, we don't get a kink in our necks.

If you are asking if the "D" mint mark got punched into the shoulder area of the portrait, I am going to say no. There is very little chance that someone would miss the mark by that much. Possible, I suppose, but not likely.
