I have a 1992 close a/m that is being altered to look like a wide a/m ...without light in pic you can see a upside down A in between the a and the M..furthermore look at the initials it looks as if they stamp an S over the G to make it closer to the memorial buliding..WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT YOU SEE???

You need a bridge for that gap :)  , sorry had to say that .

Anyway i have had many , many 1992's and some were closer than others but none were the ONE . And those pictures are normal .
