1982 D Lincoln help needed

Is this PMD or could it have come from the mint? 2 digit looks smushed and something goes from bottom of the 2 to the top but can't make it out.

PMD. Looks like something has flattened part of the 82. Couldn't have been done during the striking of the coin.
