1943 s Lincoln cent could anyone say what the grade is for this veriety?

Likely the bottom most grade that is possible. It is in terrible condition and you don't even allow us to look at the reverse so really no grade can be offered.

Just no. It is most likely a badly damaged 1911 Philadelphia cent.
