2014 Utah quarter error maybe?

imageproxy.php?img=&key=31b352271b3a5a4bIm a newbie...I found my first error coin today..1983 p "spitting eagle".  Super excited...my first find...my last search . I had so many Utah quarters I  stumbled across the 2014 D Utah quarter & above the "In God We Trust". above the IN there is a slight indent. But on the observe. The intials for Charles L Vickers. "CLV".   The L looks like a blob and the V looks like an arrow..is this an error?? The coin other wise is beautiful

Hard to tell from a screenshot as it loses a lot of the detail but those two lines look indented which would make it damage caused by a hit.

It is only an error if it happens  during the striking of the coin, anything after that is damage.

Ima have to go with what Greenstang says cause ideal what design the Utah has without looking it up andi am lazy today. See, now if you had uploaded photos of both sides of the coin along with the one I see here I could maybe put my 2 Cents in. Lol!

Yup. I exceed their limits all the time. Or try to. Usually if it won't accept it in the main post it will in the comments. We don't mind photo overload, at least I sure dont.
