2019-W mint error quarter

Have there been any submissions or discoveries of the 2019-W quarters with mint errors?  I have a American Memorial Park quarter that appears to have DDO lettering.

That appears to be simple strike doubling, but the photo is not clear enough to say for certain.

Thanks for the input.  That was the clearest photo I could get.  Need a new camera.  Anyway, the doubling is seen on many of the letters on the obverse but not all.  I'll try to get a better photo.  Thanks again.
