Seeking input on the avenues I need to take in order to have these as well as others authentication & graded??By the way had coins for just about 20 years received by my grandfather before his passing just would like to know if they hold any substantial v

The first coin is the 1982D Small Date Bronze cent that NGC certified last year and is very rare. It is the very same specimen shown on NGC's VarietyPlus website:

It's value could only be determined at public auction.

The second appears to be a common 1982D Small Date Zinc that has no premium. Ditto for the 1964, which appears to be an ordinary MS cent.
