Hello I am new to coin collecting and I had a question regarding a 1974 D Eisenhower dollar I have with a very strong double die reverse and 8 Edge error just wondering if you could give me a value range it is circulated I can send pictures if you would like

Welcome to the forum.

The doubling that you see on the letters is not the result of a doubled die. It is "strike" or "machine" doubling, and is caused, among others ways, by movement of the die during the striking process. Although interesting looking, it does not increase the value of the coin.
