US Mint Sets

I was given a 1958 US Mint set from Philadelphia. Is it recommended to break up the set for grading? If so, will NGC remove the coins from the original cellophane bags?

Dear Larry,

Thank you.  If you were to send this to us we would prefer that these be sent in the 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 non pvc flips.  The coins will be graded and encapsulated individually.
