NGC holder payment

Hello,

I have submitted an invoice and few coins have been moved to higher tier and I am charged extra money accordingly which is fine. I wonder if experts determine that  some of the coins are not genuine do I get refunded for the payment for NGC holders for such coins? (as I guess they are not holdered)(btw the coins are in slab room now)
