NGC's Hong Kong Office works?

Hello~

I tried to send my coins to NGC's Hong Kong office for grading. this is first time to send to HK.

But I did not know that they don't provide submission tracking on their website!!

So I did ask at the service page that my coins arrive safe.

I did ask this everyday. they did not respond any!!

How I can contact them?

I will never send my coins to NGC's HK future.
