NGC photo question

I recently sent in two coins for variety plus designation as they were both unattributed  NGC ms66 type b 1956 quarters. I had not requested pictures but did notice that one of the two had pictures taken of it when I brought up the certification number but the other was not. I'm just curious why just the one was photographed by your staff?

Thank you for your question. When coins are sent in for grading or if they are already graded and are sent back in for Variety Plus, Mint Error, or reholdering, we will automatically take images which are placed on our website for verification purposes. I have contacted our IT department as the second image is not loading properly and I hope to have this resolved shortly.
