I don't think this is the same pair of dies, however, you put red markings over the one die characteristic that might possibly tell you if these are the same. Remove the markings so that E PLURIBUS UNUM is viewable.

The positioning of E PLURIBUS UNUM looks like that of a normal '37-D and not like that of a 3-legged coin. Of course, the images are not ideal, but I still don't think it was struck with that die pair.

That reverse looks like many coins of 1934-38, and particularly reminds me of 1938-D pieces. It's not that of the 37-D 3-legged.
