1698. Leopold I (1657-1705) "The Hogmouth" Taler DAV-3245. Tirol, Hall Mint. This piece has very nice eye appeal. NGC AU-55.

1918-R. Tallero. Vittorio Emmanuele III. Female bust right. Reverse: Crowned eagle. Eritrea, now an independent country north of Ethiopia in Africa, was an Italian colony at the time this coin was minted. This crown was issued in 1918 to compete with the well known Maria Theresia thaler. It failed and the coin is today scarce. Recorded mintage: 510,000. NGC AU-55.
