We have a nice 1856 Flying Eagle up for sale in Heritage's Platinum Night FUN auction in January. It's a nice Snow-9 example, nice even color, certified PCGS PR64 and one of the few with the CAC green approval sticker in addition. Here's a link if you're inclined to look and/or bid!
