Kudos to NGC

For what it's worth...

 

I wanted to send a thank you to NGC. I got my membership packet today and it was very well presented. Much better than another leading service. And the submission form is much easier to follow. It leaves me with a good impression and a good expectation for future business with NGC.

While you're giving kudo's, I'd like to express my appreciation for NCS/NGC's handling of my most recent invoice. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed with which my order was processed, and with the consistency of both the grading and cam designations. All were as expected, and IMO graded properly. No gifts, but consistent with the standard. It was a pleasure.
