True, if you buy labels. but they don't determine the coin buying market

 

I have to agree with this in so much that Ive seen a tendency in some aspects of the toner market to accept coins determined to be AT by PCGS or NGC.

 

It use to be that a AT or QT label would make a sale difficult or even preclude a dealer from selling the coin in the holder, now not so much - especially if the toning is extremely pleasing. And these coins are still being offered for a substantial premium anyway. So while MA might mean not acceptable to PCGS or NGC the market is changing.

That is my point exactly, they may control the label, but not the market, though they may influence the market for some collectors who want the holder for whatever reason.
