That is a fairly common error for that year. Not sure it brings a premium.

Just advertise it on FleaBay as a 180 degree rotated die.

I realize you are joking, and for a perfect 180 degrees it doesn't matter. However, for those reading, rotated dies are always referenced to the obverse ( that is, the reverse is rotated 64 degrees from what it should be based on the orientation from the obverse.)
