1943-S Steel Lincoln Cent PCGS MS66

 

 

in my opinion at least semi-PL (obviously no designation as PCGS only give PL to Morgan dollars).

 

heavy die polish lines and some mirrored fields, very light toning as can be seen in pics.

Older NGC holder with the small square hologram on the back.

I don't see a reason why this coin won't "star" upon resubmission.

100% toned reverse in liquid multi-color rainbows with nice mirrors.
