I agree with you. I would argue that it is 95%+ FBL, which is very unusual for this issue. It's a very neat coin.

Toaster's coin is just another example of the lunacy of these stupid designations. If his coin wasn't a tough date in FB it would probably get the designation. But since there is a liability to the TPG (with the big price spread) it ain't gonna happen....which is unfortunate as that seems to be as a well struck reverse as you are gonna get.

 

Needless to say I'm not a big fan of "designations".
