Did you request photo certification? If yes to both questions then give it a day or two and your certifications and photos will be in the NGC data base.

I have never requested any type of photo certification and the photos of my coins graded have always just shown up?

 

Is this something new? Do you now have to request for them to be created?

No, my error. I just checked some of my old submissions and several submissions that I received last week. In all cases there were NGC photographs. And I never request photo certification. It is my understanding that NGC photographs all submissions to aid in verification.

 

NGC does have a service where they will take higher quality photos if you request and pay a small charge--Low resolution imagery, NGC Photo Vision and Photo Proof.

 

I confused photo certification with NGC Imaging Services.
