received email from mint today my sets backordered

 

As many of us have I ordered a set of the new AE coins, on ordering I was promised a 6/17/2013 release date. now they have pushed it back to 7/2/2013 how many of you received the same email?

I don't mind that there backordered the part that made me mad was after talking to the Mint this morning to find out why the delay they informed me they knew 2 weeks ago about the delays why didn't they send out emails then telling us of the delay........

I got the same email and I ordered my set at 12:03PM. So I guess frist come first served means jack $#%# to the mint. As for the coin folks offering NGC 70's and 69's I guess they will be sending emails out to their buyers.

Had the Mint announced the delay two weeks ago, they would have had to put up with two weeks of calls and complaints already.

I called at 8:04 this morning and warned them to expect a busy day. Sounded like they had been warned about that some time ago.

I ordered my set at 2:45, after the opening time, my shipping date is 7/11/13, but i bet that date will also be push back two or three weeks, for what you pay the mint for the high price of these sets you would think the mint could ship them on time.
