The title says it all. Please offer all of your prooflike or deep mirror prooflike samples here. Send a PM with images or a good description and your asking price. I prefer old ANACS and NGC designated examples, but will consider other companies as well.

Good luck with your search. Are you looking for any pieces/types in particular? I do a daily search for them, so if I see something I know you need, I'll send it your way.

 

Be careful with the ANACS pieces - do not pay a strong premium until you verify in hand that it meets your personal criteria. I've had about 50-50 luck with ANACS designated PL type.

 

If its not ANACS or NGC, I would be strongly wary of them.

With regards to purchases, I do not mind duplicates. If you are aware of any quality merchandise that you are not going to bid on (I wouldn't bid against you after you were nice enough to show something to me), I would likely go after it. Right now, my focus has been on 19th century PL coins. I'm looking for a prooflike Barber Head Half Dollar, which has been pretty difficult for me. For some reason, the Seated Liberty Quarter has been difficult in PL.
