Important, Finest Known 1856 PCGS / CAC MS64 Re-Punched Date FS-301 Seated Quarter

PCGS had graded exactly two examples of this extremely rare and elusive variety since 2006: this MS64, and one VF35. We have both coins, and they are both for sale, right now!

Seemingly 100% original crusty surfaces toned in lilac and gold hues with wisps of other iridescent color under close inspection, and plush with elegant, satiny mint frost. High-end, an easy CAC sticker, and a truly special 1856, by itself! Very sharp strike and an exciting amount of detail on the diagnostic 1 and 6, which were curiously hidden within the drapery folds of this die by a Mint employee, gone rogue.

Rare Gem Rainbow Peace Dollar, 1924 NGC MS65 OLD HOLDER!

A fantastic original monster for the finest collection. Luscious frosty mint bloom erupts across well struck surfaces and an intense swath of genuine, natural, iridescent rainbow color in lime green, yellow, rose, and blue across 80% of the obverse; more than adequate compensation for a few small bag marks on Liberty’s portrait. Colorful Peace dollars are generally very scarce. They are rare in MS65, and this one is housed in an old “Fatty” slab that is in great condition.

1923-S PCGS / CAC MS63 VAM-1C Pitted Reverse $1 ~ Scarce Top 50 Variety!

Gorgeous white blazer caked in luscious satiny mint bloom. A scarce variety showing heavy die rust in a fish hook shaped band near the S mint mark. Very tough in choice Mint State grades.
