I have come to the conclusion that you have to have wildly toned coins or basically give away prices to get a reply or offer on this board. Or if it high in the MS category you might get a nibble as well.

Last HA.com sales for NGC VF25:

 

1) Tuesday, February 12, 2013 - $4,846.88

2) Sunday, October 21, 2012 - $4,406.25

3) Numismedia NGC - $4,385

 

IF I need that coin, I would offer max $4300-4400.

I guess that would be an awesome entry price. When I bought the coin a couple years ago I was a newbie for sure. Thought that buying a key date coin and hanging on to it for many years might be a better plan than savings bond. It is early in the game but now I am a bit less sure of my original plan. Coin market is not like the stock market where you know prices right now. The price seems to be moving up according to your prices so I might as well hang on to the coin rather than take the loss I would take if I sold it for your price. Thanks for writing. Jerry
