Presidential Dollar Rolls

I have been getting the Presidential Dollar rolls directly from the US Mint, will NGC encapsulate the rolls without taking them out of the rolls as BU; I don't want them taken out of the original rolls.

Thank you for the question. We do not offer certification for rolls with the exception of Silver Eagles, which is available to authorized bulk submitters only.
