Buffalo Nickel T-Shirts For Sale

In commemoration of the Centennial of the Buffalo Nickel, Doran Coins is pleased to offer two t-shirts which collectors and non-collectors alike will appreciate.

 

Shirt #1- “Five Cent Peace” - is blue-green (tie-dyed) and depicts the obverse and reverse of the Buffalo Nickel. Also depicted on the shirt are the different Native American models used for the obverse, a herd of buffalo that was the inspiration for the reverse, and the sculpture “End Of The Trail” by James Earle Fraser (who also designed the Buffalo Nickel.)

 

Shirt #2 - “Bisontennial” - is rust-brown in color and depicts the reverse of the 1913 Type 1 Buffalo Nickel with a background of 4 stamps and 2 pieces of currency.

 

The artwork on the shirts were designed by artist David Behrens. The shirts are dyed and printed in the USA by “The Mountain”, a New Hampshire-based company known for making some of the most artistic and coolest t-shirts around.

 

Prices per shirt is as follows: Sizes S to XL - $21.95 and Sizes 2XL and 3XL - $23.95. Shipping is $6.00 for the first shirt, $1 for each additional shirt. Check, Money Order, PayPal, and Credit Cards accepted.

I love the design, any possibility this could be made into a poster? If so I am a buyer.

You can right click and save the picture. Don't have any posters - there are posters of each design that you can find online but they're not cheap.
