1882 O/S morgan dollar new VAM?

Well i just purchased this coin and i was looking at the the mint mark and couldn't determine what it was so i put it under my microscope and it looks like it could be a new VAM of the 1882 O/S morgan dollar but i'm not sure....help:/

You really don't need that pointed thingy in the photo, but it doesn't look like there is an "S" or an "O" somewhere in that glob.

yeaa....the pointy thing is on the microscope and im trying to figure out how to get rid of it

Well, to me it looks like a blob with an "O" and an inverted "S" on top.

While it doesn't look like an OMM right off the bat, it is interesting, and I'm not convinced it is PMD. I think it's a potential variety worth pursuing with VAM.
