This full blazing red Superb GEM is the finest proof One Centavo that I have ever seen. Philippine expert and author Neil Shafer describes this specimen as "a fabulous coin, just a wonderful beauty".

 

This coin is absolutely breathtaking with pristine deep mirror fields. Conservatively graded by PCGS it could just as easily have graded PR66 RD + or PR67 RD.

The attached picture, which shows the reverse of this specimen, really does not do this coin justice. It fails to capture the blazing red color of this spectacular coin.
