I don't think so. I think I found at least one mistake: obverse hand on outstretched arm has wrong number of fingers (that should be 1876 and earlier).

 

Plus, the overall look seems wrong to me.

EVP nailed it, 100% fake white copper fake. The hub types are all wrong to start with. Every tell is wrong.

Genuine U.S. coins are crisp and sharp. That thing is dull and mushy.
