Actually I believe INB is still around. They are a basement slabber that basically does just their own coins. There are two or three different holder varieties. They first showed up about four years or so ago.

The guy that did these used to list a lot of them on Ebay.

At that time folks didn't care much for his grading.

INB is a basement slabber but I do have a MS70 silver eagle from them, that was regraded by ngc at MS69
