Sending in a proof set / mint set

Once I get my membership I want to send in a 1997 Proof set in to get graded. If I was to send it in it's original plastic case what would be the fees to have it graded and cracked?

Thanks for the question. There is no additional fee to remove a proof set from its original mint packaging.
