Three Reverse dies were used for this date. Two have the Large 0 mintmarks, which accounts for the slight edge in difficulty finding the Medium 0 variety 102, Obverse 1 Reverse "B" . Low Date with an upward slope, closed 5.

 

CAC has approved this single piece in this grade, with just two finer. Both NGC and PCGS combined have graded a mere 163 pieces in the Mint State Grades.

 

Bright and flashy, with just a hint of toning and enough Mint Luster to be appealing. The Strike is Sharp and the Surfaces are Frosty Smooth. $385.00 Shipping incl.
