IT IS WHAT IT IS.

Thanks to everyone who wrote or replied to my last posting. YES! I do buy the coin for my other collections that are and some that are not slabbed. As far as the 25th Anniversary goes, I felt it would be neat to try and get all the labels and mint marks. I thought the 2011 ASE was a good time for collecting, and I made it fun as well as expensive.

When I was a kid I collected baseball cards, marbles, pop bottle caps. I guess that I am guilty here also for not collecting the coin but the label. The pop bottle cap is just a pop bottle cap afterall, the marble is just another marble even counting the steely and different shooters, they are all glass and they are all marbles, The baseball cards as my Dad said was a waste, buying too much gum will rot my teeth, he was right I am now toothless, (to much info?). But I had some very expensive baseball cards along the way as well as some bottle caps and marbles, (they are not all in my head). I would think some of you did the same.

I really enjoy the ASE and trying to find something different about them. Just like the double die and the other thing on the 25th anniv.set non mintmark coins. Oops maybe I let the cat out of the bag. They only show up on the non mintmark 25th anniv set coins.

Anyway I really enjoy all your responses and emails, I truely do, as a disabled American Veteran of the Vietnam era, I guess anything is worth while doing at my age.

Thanks again you fellow NGC members.

I Thank You also, for you're service, and I do remember those days, esp those steely's. I got into several scraps trying to win those things, but only because of the Fudger's.......... Great Memories

P.S. Ummm What exactly are we looking for on those non's again?
