The New England Numismatic Association (NENA) in conjunction with the NH

Coin Expo is considering bringing the ANA to the show in late September to

offer their

"Grading US Coins Seminar". The cost would be in the area of $400 for a 3

day seminar ($375 for ANA Members and $350 for NENA Members) and would be

held in Bedford (Manchester) New Hampshire (rooms $81/night). A minimum of

12 students is required. Before NENA can commit, we are looking for a

general feedback if you are willing to attend. The classes would likely be

on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with the show opening on Friday.

Please post here if you would be interested in attending so we can get a

feel for how many people are interested and if this is worthwhile to persue.

The dates would be 9/28 through 9/30.

Last year was the first year of this large regional show, and was quite successful for all that attended. This year, there will be no N.E Coin Expo (Mansfield Ma.) in November, so interest has peaked for the N.H. Coin Expo as a result.

If we can show that there would possibly be interest in the grading seminar, we could get the ball rolling for a commitment from the ANA.

I'm posting this here and across the street. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me, and I'll do my best to answer any questions.

So, let's here it, who is planning on attending the show, and who may have interest in the grading seminar right in their backyard?

I would love to attend as this is about as close as numismatics gets to my house. But I am expecting a second child about 2 weeks prior and there is NO WAY the wifey would even contemplate my leaving for a few days. frown.gif
