Another one that had some issues at the Mint. Sure does have a lot of things that went wrong for a coin that's in a Prestige Set. Couldn't find any information about it.

 

Lines over 86 in date kinda resemble reverse design. (Clash?)

 

Serif on 1 looks like a - Birds Beak

Slight Doubling at top of 9

Very straight lines (die scratches?) over Liberty's head - coming to a point
