Anyone know about H.R. 3261? Online Business piracy act?

I was on Craigslist and noticed on the homepage an article about a law that big corporations want to pass that will block peoples access to certain websites like Craigslist or Ebay. Basicly any website that they consider "rouge."

I believe this bill is extremely debatable.

Military Already does that. Any website that we can use for personal gain or isnt rated is blocked at work so we cannot access it.
