Netherlands 5 Cent 1942 on CN planchet - NOT zinc

This is an extremely rare ERROR planchet struck coin of the World War II occupation period. These are always struck on 100% zinc planchets. In zinc they weigh about 2.6 gm but this one is 5.11 gm. I checked to see if this one was part of the issues struck by the USA but the USA did not strike 5 cent coins for the Netherlands and did not strike any of their coins until 1943 (unacknowledged by the US mints until 1944). I suspect the error is due to the fact that their coins during the occupation were mostly struck by foreign mints. Does anybody know which one? Click link for photo.
