Does NGC attribute this kind of Error Coin?

Hi, I found the following coin and was wondering if NGC would grade this kind of coin as Mint error. If it would, how should I submit this coin for Mint error attribution?

Thank you for the question. While it's not possible to say for certain that the coin could be graded without seeing it in person, it does appear to be split upon striking which would be considered an error coin. You should submit it under the regular tier based on the coin's value, but check Mint Error both at the upper right of the form and in the "Variety" box where you listed the coin. Mint Errors have an additional $10 fee.

Regular Tier only? Mint error attribution cannot be added when I submit through World-Value?

Can I submit this mint error with World Value? Or Mint error attribution is done only in higher tiers?

Mint Error is done for all of the grading tiers. You may use World Value but keep in mind that World Value has a five coin minimum. All five coins do not have to be Mint Errors.
