You should put whatever you want to insure the coins at for the Declared Value. This is the value that the coins will be insured at in our building and when they are shipped back to you.

Charlie,

Thanks for the question. No, the Early Releases period is always the first 30 days after the coins are released by the Mint. We will not be extending the deadline past December 8.

seahawkfan,

Thanks for the question. We are opening mail from November 30 today so it'll be another couple of days before the orders post. Hopefully we will get to December 1 by the end of today, but it could take another couple of days to get caught up through December 2. Your orders should be posted by Tuesday next week.

Hi Max,

A couple of questions:

I sent in a package of the 5 sets, but didn't list each coin as you showed above, I just wrote something like 5 sets of 25th Anniversary SAE? Will this be ok?

Also, the coins arrived there today presumably, but there was no one there to receive them and so the USPS left a notice. Is this usually what happens?

Thanks,

Dan

Hi Dan,

Yes, you'll be fine if you listed them some other way. We'll figure it out.

The USPS always says that they left a notice -- you can ignore that. They do it so that they can prove what time the mail arrived in Sarasota (for some express packages the delivery time is guaranteed). All of our mail is delivered directly to our building by USPS and there is always someone here to accept the mail.
