Say can you just briefly explain what and where the error is. That's just 50 miles from my house- see it all the time!

Look at the rim from 7 to 12 o clock

 

Good for error collectors but horrible for who ever ordered the proof set

OK I get it- I was looking at Mt. Hood and not obverse-

If you say so. From those pictures I can't confirm if it was a partial collar or just a slight misaligned die.

To me it looks like it was slightly off center. I dont see it being a collar issue (reeded edge looks good).. just my 19.95 plus shipping and handling.
