Bengal 1/2 Rupee Identification

I have been trying to ID this coin but I have been having trouble finding more information except that it is has year AH 19 and that it was issued at the time of Shah Alam II Badshah.

 

There are two coins that are listed in Krause with the almost same charateristics 97.1 and 97.4. 97.1 is supposed to have been minted in Calculcutta/Dacca/Murshidabad/Patna but 97.4 is supposed to have been minted only in Patna. I am not able to figure out how to distinguish between the two.

 

Adding to that, I found an NGC attributed 97.4 which looks exactly like the coin above.
