Modern Tier

 

In response to S. Trzebiatowski, I have had some luck keeping the turn around times on time. It has been my experience that the lower modern tier is on par with times. It is when people flood the upper tiers with special label requests and Early Release Labels that clog the upper tiers and extending their process times. If you can live with a graded coin with a normal non-specialized label, I recommend the modern tier or basic tier fitting your coins specific need for age and dollar value.
