Got a question

 

Before I get to the question I just want to let you know that I got my 2nd Gold coin its a Eagle $10.00 from my father that past last week. sweet never knew pops had something like that now it in my coin collection.sweet! anyway I was wondering why some coins dont have a value in my Manager for example my ngc ASE 2011 minted in San.with the pt value I have a good idea of the range but I was wondering

Congratulations on that Eagle. I know I was real rhrilled when my Grandparents got me started with 2 Morgans and a Peace Dollar right after I started collecting.

 

Your question about the coin value has also puzzled me. Here are some possible reasons I have considered:

 

1. The coin is too new to have established a reliable collector market price.

 

2. The coins is not rare and is essentially worth only its face value.

 

3. The coin has bullion value only and the flucating bullion prices preclude assigning a specific value.

 

4. They just haven't gotten around to it.
