Hello:

 

I apologize, I don't know much about collecting. I've only had a small coin collection since I was a kid.

 

With that said I found this note years back and never looked into it. It's odd because the back is also printed on the front and I'm not sure why? I guess it's an error. Any information would be appreciated and is it worth having it appraised through PMG?

 

I will be creating other post for a few other things that I have. If this is not an appropriate topic then please remove this message.
