I have just started collecting IHC these are the first three I have won

I am taking my time and only buying what I can afford, and still get good coins.

so fare how am I doing?

You have done very well with your first three Indian Head Cents. I myself collect the IHCs also and have two albums to hold them. Something about the IHCs that intrigue me and draws me to them. I love copper anyway and enjoy collecting all cents of the United States. I hope you will enjoy collecting them as much as I have. It looks like you've been bitten by the IHC bug!

The 1905's both have some verdigris (corrosion) on them so I would try to avoid problem pieces like that as they can continue to deteriorate over the years and it can be difficult to remove from some coins as it etches into the coins surface.
