Great customer service from the U.S. Mint

 

Hi everybody,

 

Here is the follow up to the problem with my SAEs. I called the Mint customer service today and was expecting a BS answer like "return your coins and we will replace them" but that was far from the what happened. The lady I talked to apologized for THEIR error and was more then happy to send out 2 COAs. She was very pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned about my problem. The entire phone call lasted about 3 minutes. I was quite surprised and very happy with the outcome.

 

That is how customer service should work!

The mint does a good job with returns. Some of the recent 50c comms that came out this year are really bad and I returned them all. My refund showed up quicky.
