Early Classic Commemoratives For The Weekend

I'm a firm believer in buying the coin and not the grade. I've owned some super AU and and low MS Commemoratives that would put a 67 to shame. It's all about the coin in my mind. I'm not into the registry game now though I used to be. Just too many big money players for a collector like myself. :)

...well, this is not a coin, but was once collected as part of the US commemorative type set.

Not really sure where you'd find another rolled tray?

 

I bought it from Bowers and Merena in the late 1980's and since have only seen a second cross Goldberg about 4-7 years ago.
