the original poster is not saying these are "new" sample slabs

but that these old ie. early 1990's slabs are NEW purchases that are older sample slabs

The NGC Peace dollar is a hard and expensive one.

There are two 1922,1923

Both of which have sold in the past for over $140.00

And someday I will get one, but for now I am happy

collecting the ones I can get

I do not particularly collect sample slabs, just Peace Dollars, although I would like to acquire a Peace Dollar sample slab someday.

 

Right now I am focusing on finishing my Peace registry set, then I am going to focus on the exonumia side of Peace Dollars (encased, stickered, love tokens, etc).
