Please help me grade this Peace Dollar. What looks like a scratch below IN GOD WE is more like a slight scrape.

Need the reverse as well to offer a proper grade.

 

AU58 to MS62 based on the obverse photo.

This obverse looks borderline MS-63 to me.

I don't think that is wear on the hairline (although it is difficult to tell), and I would likely attribute it to the lighting. With that said, if a coin has wear on it, it is not MS62. Given that there is no wear, I'd concur with MS62.
